Managing a chronic condition, staying ahead on prevention, or just done with 10-minute appointments: PICM is built for that. Longer visits. Direct access. A doctor who sees the whole picture.

A different kind of medical practice, built for patients who need more.

  • Extended, unhurried appointments

  • Same or next-day scheduling

  • Direct physician communication

  • Specialist coordination across disciplines

  • No administrative barriers between you & your doctor

  • Focus on you, not billing codes

Common Questions

1 / Do you accept insurance?

PICM doesn't bill insurance directly & is out-of-network with all carriers. On request, we provide superbills you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Keep your own insurance for specialists, imaging, labs, hospital & emergency care.

2 / Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

Not at this time. Our physicians remain Medicare-enrolled at a separate insurance-based practice, and federal rules limit care to Medicare beneficiaries outside that enrollment. Contact us & we'll suggest excellent local options.

3 / Do you see kids?

Yes, ages 10 & up. For younger children, we're happy to recommend a trusted pediatric provider.

4 / What about emergencies & after-hours care?

PICM doesn't provide emergency or after-hours care. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For urgent needs after hours, visit an urgent care.

5 / Can I try PICM before committing?

Yes. Book a one-time 60-minute à la carte visit to meet your physician & see if membership is right for you. See membership details or our full FAQ.
