Serving the Phoenix Valley & Beyond
PICM is centrally located in Arcadia, making it an easy drive from just about anywhere in the Phoenix metro area. We welcome patients from Arcadia, Biltmore, the Camelback Corridor, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale & across the Valley. Many of our patients with complex conditions travel from farther away for care that's hard to find elsewhere.
Telehealth & travel: our physicians are licensed in Arizona. Telehealth visits are available to members when appropriate, as long as you're physically located in Arizona at the time of the visit. Members who travel outside Arizona may be able to receive telehealth visits during their trip.
Out-of-state patients: we don't currently provide care to patients who live primarily outside Arizona, except in unusual circumstances. If you're relocating to Arizona or have questions about your situation, contact us & we'll talk it through.
